WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM(S), ONCE I ORDER?

- All item(s) are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
- We will notify you with a tracking number by email when your item(s) have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

After handling, Item(s) should be received inside the USA within:

  • FREE Tracked Shipping (5-15 Business days)  
  • Priority Mail (2-23 business days)
  • Priority Mail Express (1-19 business days)

After handling, Item(s) should be received outside the USA within:

  • INSURED Tracked Shipping (5-25 business days)
  • Priority Mail (3-24 business days)
  • Priority Mail Express (1-19 business days)

This may be a little longer during the holiday season.

For specialty such as: Free Shipping items, Discounted items, and Giveaway items, please allow up to 60 days delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 2-3 more days prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment center is located in the U.S state of Texas, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, United Kingdom, and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be 
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?

Simply head over to our Track Order Status page and enter your tracking number(check your email to get your tracking number we have sent you when you purchased). Once you do this you will see all the information regarding your order.

No, but please don’t misunderstand this as any lack of interest! We’d love to answer your questions! RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to get an exchange or refund please return your product to the return address below:

Full refunds are given no question ask as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order.
